1) Sally steaming the chicken dish at the cooking school.
2) Choosing BBQ meats at the night market in Yangshuo.
3) Me buying mushrooms and pumpkin flowers from the stand in the market. I always buy mushrooms, black fungus and pumpkin flowers from this woman.
4) The woman at the market weighing the black fungus. We use this in the Yangshuo style sweet and sour pork recipe!
It's like a steam facial in that first picture :D From the sounds of it, I think I wouldn't last in China as a vegetarian, but some of that food looks good!
